A bit about pretty little personalised

 Pretty Little Personalised was started by myself Natalie after finishing maternity leave with our first son in 2012. I have always had a creative flare and wanted to create keepsakes and gifts that are different to what you will find on the highstreet.

Pretty Little Personalised started from our spare room, with little more than a laptop and it has steadily grown over the last 10 years to shape Pretty Little Personalised into a Limited Company, with of over 500 products being sold all over the world.

Some of my greatest achievements include winning a small business award from Theo Paphitis, where I was privileged to spend the day in his company amongst other winners.
I have also celebrated over 35,000 sales on Etsy, including selling to every state in America and all over the UK.
Another goal that I have ticked off is trademarking the business name, to protect it for the future.
Most recently I have entered into the world of TikTok and shocked myself in reaching a million views on one of our videos.

With our second son having a name that is never found in the shops, I love being able to create gifts that are personalised to the recipient no matter their name or however unique the occasion. This helps drive me to keep creating more unique gifts that can be loved by everyone.

Now in 2023, 11 years after it all began, I have the same love and passion for the business as when it began. Whilst the business is still ran predominantly by myself, there are times when I have to call in the troops. My husband and 2 boys are very good at making boxes, lifting heavy stock and generally helping when things get busy. They are also my biggest cheerleaders. I’ve lost count of the amount of times i’ve been showered with confetti cannons and surprised with prosecco to celebrate achievements and milestones.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without my customers. I am so privileged to have the most amazing customers many of which I am now lucky enough to call friends. I still have to pinch myself to realise just how many people choose me!

I am so excited for the future and as always I have many ideas in my head of how i’m going to continue to grow, so watch this space!
