Delivery & Returns

Our UK postage is completely free. To help make things easier for you, the price you see is the price you pay. No nasty surprises snuck in at check out.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your products. You should receive your items within 2-3 working days of dispatch. However please allow slightly longer during busy periods.

If you live outside the UK we can offer international postage, please just get in touch and we will happily quote you for postage.

We aim to get your items made and posted as quickly as possible however as our items are made to order, please allow 3 working days for dispatch. At busy times this may extend, however we will update delivery times here and around the website if there are any delays. 

If you need your item in a hurry, please send us a message and we can give you a more accurate estimate for delivery and confirm if we will be able to speed up your order.

We cannot offer a refund on any personalised product, unless damaged.

If an item is received damaged then we will offer a full refund or replacement as long as we are happy that the damage occurred before delivery.

If you have purchased a non personalised product, we will offer a refund up to 28 days, provided the product is returned to us in the same sealed, undamaged state as you received it in. All return postage costs are at the buyers expense. The item is your responsibility until the item is received by us so we always recommend packing well and using a recorded delivery service. We are always happy to discuss this with you when liasing about your refund.
