By ordering from us you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, please print a copy for future reference.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without notice to you, your continued use of our website (or any part thereof) following a change is deemed to be your acceptance of these changes.

By supplying us with your email address you agree for us to contact you using this method of long distance communication. Please be assured that we will never share your details with anyone.
Our website is only intended for use by residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom)
We may at our sole discretion sell to those outside of our own country, however we ask that you contact us so we can discuss your order and shipping arrangements before proceeding.
To purchase from our website you must, be over 18 years of age and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
The prices of all products are quoted on our website. Unless stated products are priced exclusive of VAT (we are not VAT registered).
Whilst every care is taken to ensure all prices are correct, in the unlikely event that a produt is priced or described incorrectly we are under no obligation to provide you with that product or service.
Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards and PayPal.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. For personalised products we reserve the right to charge for any changes made to alterations needed. You agree that we may contact you to show you the design with details on to ensure that details are correct. In the unlikely event that there shall be a mistake made from our end and this has not been picked up by yourself when confirming the design, we will charge a 50% fee to rectify the problem.
By providing us with any images you give permission to use those images to print your final product. We will not share or use the images for marketing purposes unless your direct permission is given. We cannot take responsibility for the quality of any photos provided to us. When printed colours may appear different to on screen and their appearance may be altered depending on the product they are printed on.
All products are delivered by Royal Mail or other professional courier to the address you provided during the order process.
Goods may require a signature on delivery. Before signing, please examine your goods.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.
All goods will be at your risk from the point of delivery.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, please take extra care to ensure they are kept safe, and out of the reach of children.
If a product arrives damaged, then we will offer a full refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product we feel has been damaged after delivery, or was mistreated, or used in any way other than that instructed.
All items must be returned to us before we will process a refund. If you wish to claim back your postage costs, please ensure you have a receipt that you can show us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please ensure you package it correctly and we recomend that you use a recorded delivery service. We are happy to discuss this with you before posting.

You may cancel your order at any point before receiving a cancellation notice. You can send us a cancelation notice by emailing us at natalie@prettylittlepersonalised.co.uk including your name, address, a name and description of the goods you wish to cancel and your order number.
Due to the work involved in personalising your items, we cannot offer any refunds after this point.
As our service to you starts once you receive your template, if you have puchased a template we cannot offer any refund after this point.
