Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, yes and yes! Here at Pretty Little Personalised we love to make things personal. Whether you want an existing design tweaked or something completely new, please just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

How fast are orders processed?
We always aim to get orders out on the same or next working day. There will be occasions when dispatch times are increased. Please check our delivery and returns page for up to date dispatch times for any delays.

Which postal method do you use?
For the majority of orders we use Royal Mail. Standard postage is second class, however there are upgrade options if you would like your items faster.
If you have purchased a large order a courier may be used. -
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are more than happy to post our items worldwide. This is not set up on our website as standard on our website, but please send us a message and we will give you a quote for postage.

I haven't received my order even though it's been dispatched, what shall I do?
In the rare event that your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of dispatch, please email me at

and I will be more than happy to investigate.
